Our History

 

As AST Sealing Solutions, we have been producing sustainable quality since 1998. AST Sealing Solutions, which first started the supply of oil seals, today has become a leader in the after-market sector with 1,325,022 products for 18 global brands.

AST Sealing Solutions was established in February 1998 in Ankara, Turkey.


The supplier of oil seals started.

Invested in quality control equipment: low-temperature tester, saltwater tester, 2D measurement, Lip pressure control (LOP), 2000X microscope, Infrared Spectroscopy (FTIR), etc.


Visual control machine was bought.


We started to supply seals for hydraulic systems used in Caterpillar and Champion machines.

Representatives were given in Italy, Belgium, and England.


We started the supply of O-Ring and V-Ring.

Representations were given in Greece, Russia, and the Netherlands.


The Office opened for our operations in Italy.

Representatives were given to the Republic of Turkey.


We started the supply of End Cover and Backup Ring.

We started to supply seals for Eaton hydraulic systems.


We started the supply of seals and o-rings for Bosch Rexroth hydraulic systems.

We started bushing production with a joint venture in Germany.


Representation offices were given to African countries.

Representations were given to the Balkan countries.

Our R&D center was opened.


The number of countries we sell to increased to 29.


A new department working solely on passenger car technologies was established.


The product of seal kits was put on the market with joint ventures.

We started the production of high-temperature-resistant seals.

The number of countries we sell to has increased to 35.

We started to supply felt for Ford Otosan company operating in Turkey.
